2009 Master Builders - Bankwest Excellence In Construction Awards - Best Multi-Unit Development

The Esplanade, Nedlands

At the 2009 Master Builders Association - BankWest Excellence in Construction Awards, Brookfield Multiplex received the award of Best Multi-Unit Development for the Esplanade Waterfront in Nedlands (the former ‘Steve’s Hotel’ site). GRA acted as Town Planning Consultant for the Owner/Developer of this innovative project.

This development also won a Finalist position in the category of High Density Development at the 2009 UDIA Awards for Excellence.

The Esplanade has also been nominated for a National Master Builders Association Excellence Award.
