2010 WA UDIA Awards for Excellence - Masterplanned Development Winner
Port Bouvard Estate
After 11 years in the making, Port Bouvard estate in Dawesville was recognised at the gala UDIA awards for its planning excellence.
Accepting the ‘Masterplanned Development’ Award, John Wroth CEO Port Bouvard Ltd thanked Greg Rowe and Associates who had worked alongside the company since their purchase of the estate in 1999.
The Port Bouvard development was created to offer a unique mix with canal homesites, a marina, luxury apartments and a world-class 18 hole golf course.
The estate was recognised by the UDIA for its integrated planning and environmental initiatives, design outcomes and overall presentation.
Greg Rowe, Principal and Managing Director of Greg Rowe and Associates applauded Port Bouvard Ltd for their vision and foresight.
“Ross Neumann, the former Director, had a clear vision and along with his team we developed a stylish estate that was very popular in the Mandurah locality,” Mr Rowe said.
“Greg Rowe and Associates are very proud that our design principles were recognised at this industry level and certainly look forward to demonstrating our innovative projects in the years to come.”
