Greg Rowe and Associates was pleased to accept the 2010 Planning Institute of Australia (WA Division) Certificate of Commendation in the category of Hard Won Victory. Greg Rowe and Associates accepted this certificate on behalf of Multiplex Living and the consultant team involved in the project.

The Raffles Waterfront redevelopment at Canning Bridge represents an important and regionally significant urban planning achievement. This achievement is significant not only on account of the difficult and challenging circumstances within which the project was conceived or the decade long process undertaken to realise the site’s development potential but also because of the lasting impacts the proposal has had on the immediate locality and planning practise generally.
