For over 20 years Greg Rowe and Associates (GRA) has been providing expert planning advice to a range of clients.

Specialising in master planning, urban design, project management and town planning, GRA is one of the largest planning practices within Western Australia.

With a Perth office and three regional offices in the Peel / South West, Mid West and Pilbara, GRA provides localised services to key areas of growth in the State.

With a highly qualified and experienced team and the latest technology in-house, we are able to provide a service that is fast, accurate and efficient. Service to our Clients is always provided on a one-on-one basis to ensure that our Client’s needs are interpreted correctly and followed through from planning to completion.

Our portfolio of projects include retail, education, tourism, commercial and residential developments and our staff expertise can cater from small subdivision applications right through to townsites comprising a mix of uses and thousands of lots.
