Town Planning
Once our client has endorsed the strategy, GRA then undertakes all associated work to ensure an effective design outcome for the development.
Undertaking a thorough site assessment, GRA often works with a wide range of expert consultants to assess environmental, traffic, engineering, community and legal options for the relevant site. Co-ordinating this project team, GRA drives the process to determine the best design outcomes for the client before then meeting with relevant statutory and regulatory bodies with a view of securing their full endorsement.

Project Management
With the formation of the Project Management division, GRA has enhanced the use of existing industry standards, to ensure projects are delivered to meet client expectations.
These measures include;
- Ensuring the client is involved and informed on all phases of the project.
- Development of a project plan and program detailing roles, milestones, responsibilities and timing for the team;
- A business plan approach to the projects based on market advice (client or independent); to support assessment of viability and decision making by the client.
- Supporting the client to achieve designs that are realistic, commercially efficient and which meet the briefed objective;
- Management to achieve appropriate ESD standards, that produce a commercially viable project attracting strong market demand;
- Looking for improvement in the project or the process to enhance the clients expectations;
- Compliance with client directives.
