Greg Rowe and Associates prides itself on successfully delivering innovative built form projects. The John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School is at the cutting edge of student learning initiatives that has seen the School develop into one of the leading teaching facilities within Western Australia. Consisting of two campuses in Perth’s north metropolitan area, John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School provides student learning for pre-primary, primary and high school students. Over the past 10 years, Greg Rowe and Associates has been an integral component in ensuring the School’s teaching vision becomes a reality.
Each construction project has presented different design challenges. Our first priority as the Project Manager is to thoroughly understand the projects requirements in order to not only understand the challenges, but to share the School’s vision.

Our diverse knowledge of specialist consultancy services also allows us to tailor the most functional and effective design team to each project.
By ensuring that each project has thorough design documentation, the management of both approval processes and builder procurement is expeditious. The stringent emphasis on the quality of design documentation allows Greg Rowe and Associates to “value add” to each project as cost and time values are closely maintained during both the tender and construction processes.

As part of each of these projects Greg Rowe and Associates ensured that a suitable project team was recommended to the client and was involved in the procurement of suitable builders. During construction, Greg Rowe and Associates constantly monitored the performance of the builder against the project timeframe to ensure that each project was in accordance with the scope, timeframe and budget.
It is important to note that all the building construction projects managed by Greg Rowe and Associates has been completed prior to the commencement of the school year, ensuring no disruption to the operation of the school.
